Michael Agustine, S.H.

Michael is the Founder & Managing Partner of MA&P Lawyers. Prior to join MICHAD Lawyers, he has worked in various prominent law firm in Indonesia such as F&P Law Firm, SSA Law Firm, Gunawan and Partner. He also worked in International NGO’s as a Public Policy Consultant. From his experience he has a deep knowledge in litigation, corporate matters, project cycle management and public policy.

Since joining in various law firm, he has worked on the incorporation of various foreign capital investment companies along with all required licences and approvals. He has also been extensively involved in major transaction in plantation, mining, Pre IPO, corporate restructuring, merger and acquisition for both foreign and local companies. He has experienced in litigation process.

His practice areas include banking and finance, forestry and plantation, mining, electricity and transfer technology, public private partnership, aviation, telecomunication, merger and acquisition, corporate restructuring, capital market, foreign capital investment, bussines contract drafting and review, legal drafting, and as well as general corporate and commercial law. He also experience in comercial litigation, civil litigation, criminal litigation and administrative litigation.

He is member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI). He graduated from the Faculty of Law Muhammadiyah University Surakarta in 2001. He also obtained some legal course to enhance his legal capacity such as Capital Market Legal Consultant (2012), Corporate Law (2012), Capital Market (2011), Legal drafting (2007), Bussines Contract Drafting (2010).

Endriyana, S.H.

Pampam is associate in MA&P Lawyers. Pampam worked for a long time as a culinary entrepreneur. Pampam has a lot of experience and in-depth konwlegde in the fields of Civil Litigation and Industrial Relationship.

Boby Sikandar Saputra, S.H.

Boby is associate in MA&P Lawyers. Boby worked for a long time as a rent car entrepreneur. Boby has a lot of experience and in-depth knowledge in the fields of Company Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution.

ARDIAN PRATOMO, S.H.

Ardian is Advocate of MA&P Lawyers. Prior to join MA&P Lawyers, he has worked as a researcher, public policy consultant, and social worker. He has many experience in project cycle management, legal research, and administrative law.

Since joining in MA&P Lawyers he has a fast learner and most adaptive person, he proud to be an advocate so he decide to enter lawyering industry. His concern in commercial litigation and legal corporate work. He has extensively represented multinational corporations and local companies in domestic arbitration (including enforcement of arbitration awards in Indonesia), complex litigation proceedings, court-sanctioned debt restructuring proceedings (PKPU), bankruptcy/insolvency litigation and enforcement of collaterals in Indonesia. He is also well experienced in employment litigation (including dismissal of directors and commissioners), corporate crimes, compliance and regulatory issues in the context of investigation.

He is member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI). He graduated from Faculty of Law Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. He also achieved many certificate training in major subject about project cycle management, urban development planning, good governance, and Human Rights.

Buce Abraham Beruat, S.H.

Buce is Partner of MA&P Lawyers.. Buce worked for a long time in the line business of banking and mining. Buce has a lot of experience and in-depth knowledge in the fields of Company Law, Banking, Mining, various civil, criminal and state adiministrative trials.
